BF's Bio
Born in Tennessee but moving up and down the East Coast as a child, Bridget got all the charm of the South without the accent. The daughter of an Irish handyman and a Peruvian interpreter, she soon stood out from her three sisters as the family clown. When she saw a stage version of The Secret Garden, she fell in love with acting. She attended Western Carolina University and began creating comedy: writing & producing four full-length comedy plays as well as creating, acting, producing, and writing for the university's first televised sketch show, CatScan. She worked at Flat Rock Playhouse and toured the U.S. in a musical through AFT. She moved to New York to pursue comedy, writing and starring in a short film "Killing Senses" then writing, directing, and producing the off-off-Broadway farce "Calling On Angels" at the Big Little Theater. She began taking classes at the Upright Citizens Brigade. She has performed in over 50 shows on the UCB stage, a combination of improv, sketch, and standup which got her prepared for sitcom pilots Hot Date (Astronaut Media) and Musie (Time Warner). Model clients include IBM, Olay, Arnold Worldwide, and Glory Chen, and MyPodStudios.com. All of this led to her film career as the pretty, smart, quirky heroine, a role she gratefully improves upon daily.

INDIENYC: A particularly strong performance is from the actress playing the real estate agent. As a director, what kind of strategies, influences, etc. did you give her in order to hone in her comedic abilities?
NICOLE ASINOR: Bridget Fitzgerald is a consummate professional and has been honing her craft for years. I met privately with her so we could flesh out the character and understand her state of mind. I had her do improv after I shot the script and that really loosened her up and made her shine in the role. I had one day of rehearsal where we ran through the lines and the actors could find the right chemistry with each other.

MyPod specializes in quick hit, at-your-desk videos, although it’s moving into the sticky category of gaming as well as refining its mobile offerings. What else is promised for 2012? More videos of Bridgette, Mr. Miletsky says." - Adrianne Jeffries
